On 25 July 2025, a permanent banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Mr Adrian Baker from providing disability supports and services to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
The permanent banning order is effective from 5:00pm AEST on 8 August 2025, across all states and territories of Australia.
