Compliance and enforcement actions

On 16 July 2025 a compliance notice was issued to Quovus Pty Limited. Quovus Pty Limited is required to conduct a review and update of its practices, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the BSP development timeframes in section 19 of the Behaviour Support Rules. 

They are immediately to commence developing interim behaviour support plans that include provision for the use of regulated restrictive practices within 1 month after being engaged to develop the plans, provide evidence of correspondence with all Behaviour Support Practitioners that work for Quovus, including employees and contractors, of the update to its practices and the requirement to complete interim BSPs within 1month of being engaged to develop the BSP.
