Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 July 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Rachel Oakes from engaging in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, including but not limited to:

1. Providing or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s Plan; and
2. Providing or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan.

The order is for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm AWST 10 July 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
