Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 July 2025, a compliance notice was issued to Sunnyfield under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The notice requires Sunnyfield to take certain actions in order to address possible non-compliance with section 20(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018.
