Compliance and enforcement actions

On 25 June 2025 a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) and 73ZN(2)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The banning order prohibits Mark Allan Forrest from:

1. engaging in any activities that would be delivering support and services to NDIS funded participants; or
2. engaging in activities in a non-service and non-support delivery role as a provider or worker, to the extent that those activities have a direct effect on the provision of NDIS funded supports or services to people with disability in the NDIS. 

The banning order takes effect on 4 July 2025 at 5:00pm AEST for a period of two (2) years and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
