Compliance and enforcement actions

On 20 June 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(b) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits

 Tracey Leanne Murray from: 

1. being solely responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and
2. having unsupervised contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services. 

In this instance: 

• Contact includes physical contact, face to face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication; and
• Supervision means direct and in-person observation. 

The banning order takes effect on 30 June 2025 at 5:00pm AEST for a period of four (4) years and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
