Compliance and enforcement actions

On 20 June 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The banning order prohibits Ashley David Liddicoat from: 

1. engaging in any activities that would be delivering supports and services to NDIS funded participants under 16 years, or
2. engaging in activities in a non-service and non-support delivery role as a provider or worker, to the extent that those activities have a direct effect on the provision of NDIS funded supports or services to people with disability in the NDIS who are under 16 years. 

The banning order takes effect on 27 June 2025 at 5:00pm AEST for a period of three (3) years and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
