On 12 June 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Steven Hayes from providing and engaging in disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
The banning order takes effect on 19 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST) and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
