Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 June 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Lisa Jayne Lynch from:

• engaging in any activities that would be delivering support and services to NDIS funded participants; or
• engaging in activities that do not normally involve direct contact with NDIS participants but do involve them having access to any NDIS participant’s personal information. 

The banning order is effective on 23 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST) for a period of five (5) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
