Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 June 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Paul Anthony Fiechtner from:

• Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where they are responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants under the age of 18; and
• Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where you are responsible for the financial management of any NDIS plans, including claiming for NDIS supports or services
   

This Order takes effect on 23 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST) for a period of two (2) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
