On 2 June 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Lindsay Robert Butcher from being involved in any role that provides NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants.
This Order takes effect on 23 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AWST) and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
Maintenance will be carried out across multiple systems between 8:00 am Sat 6 December to 1:00 am Sun 7 December.
