Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 June 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Anthony John Francis Ward from:

• Being involved in any NDIS supports and services to NDIS participants involving direct contact; and
• Engaging in the provision of any NDIS funded supports or services, whether paid or unpaid for or on behalf of any NDIS provider, which may include:
  o Access to any NDIS participant’s sensitive or financial information (such as banking details); and
  o Provision of any activities related to the management or use of NDIS plan funds, including handling of financial information relating to NDIS plans.
   

This Order takes effect on 23 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AWST) for a period of five (5) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
