Compliance and enforcement actions

On 24 August 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2A) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Alija MAGJARRAJ from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00pm on 5 September 2022.
