Compliance and enforcement actions

On 14 January 2022 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Noura Bader from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability for a period of two years, effective from 5pm on 14 January 2022.
