On 19 December 2023, a banning order originally issued on 22 December 2021 and varied on 18 October 2022 was varied again under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation permanently prohibited Olutola Daniel Obasa from engaging, either directly or indirectly, in the provision of supports or services to NDIS-funded participants.
