On 18 August 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Simone Loader from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 31 August 2023.
