On 25 September 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting PJ Charley Faatoia Collins from engaging, directly or indirectly, in the provision of supports or services to people with disability for three (3) months, effective from 5:00pm on 25 September 2023.
