On 6 June 2023, a variation of a banning order originally issued on 8 December 2021 was made under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Rajeev Chaudhary from being involved in the provision of supports and services to people with disability for a period of (5) years, effective from 5.00pm 6 June 2023.
