On 8 December 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Adam Ledgerwood from providing supports and services to people with disability, effective from 5:00pm on 8 December 2021.
