On 12 October 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ake Ulutui from being involved, directly or indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5pm on 13 October 2023.
