On 14 August 2019 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Synthia Dee Mopia Restar from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants, effective from 5:00 pm on 14 August 2019.
