Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 June 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Mitchel Hazzard from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants, both directly and indirectly, for a period of three (3) years, effective from 9:00am on 18 July 2022.
