On 2 October 2022, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Katrina Harrington from being in involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants, effective from 5:00 pm on 10 October 2022.
