On 14 October 2022, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Mark Anthony Barry from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants, effective from 5:00 pm on 21 October 2022.
