On 30 October 2022, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Priscilla Haitana from being involved in the provision of NDIS funded supports and services to people with disability for a period of three (3) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 7 November 2022.
