On 23 February 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability and Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Daniel McGovern from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants from Friday 3 March 2023 at 5.00pm.
