On 21 November 2023 a banning order was made under section73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Colin Russell Hawes from being involved in the provision of support and services to people with disability from 5pm on 28 November 2023.
