On 19 December 2023 a banning order was made under section s73ZN(2A) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Laura Jane Elizabeth Harvey from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability effective from 5.00pm on 22 December 2023.
