On 19 December 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2A) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Brendan Hudson-Miller from being involved in the provision of NDIS services and supports to people with disability effective from 5.00pm on 22 December 2023.
