On 13 September 2024, a banning order initially in force from 7 July 2021 and varied on 8 August 2023 was further varied under Section 73ZO(1) of the NDIS Act. The order permanently prohibits Reily David Paul Middleby from being involved in the provision of NDIS-funded supports and services.
