On 28 November 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Mohamed Muse Osman from being:
- Key personnel as defined under section 11A of the Act for any NDIS provider; and
- Involved in the management of NDIS plan funds to people with disability, including in a consultancy capacity.
The banning order takes effect at 5:00pm on 8 December 2023.
