On 19 December 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jackson Daniels from providing, or being involved in, the provision of supports or services to people with disability for a period of 2 years, effective from 5.00pm on 20 December 2023.
