On 17 May 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting James Andrew McFarlane from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS participants from the date that this order takes effect for a period of ten (10) years, effective from 17 May 2023 at 5:00 pm (AWST).
