Compliance and enforcement actions

On 10 February 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Miranda Sullivan from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS-funded participants for a period of two (2) years effective from 5.00pm on 17 February 2023.
