On 8 September 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Kim Nicholas from providing supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS participants for a period of 3 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 9 September 2021.
