On 22 May 2024, an original banning order issued on 27 November 2023 was varied. The banning order was varied under section 100 of the NDIS Act to prohibit Ms Menoudakis from personally or directly providing supports or services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for a period of approximately three (3) years and (4) months until 12:00am on 31 March 2027.
