Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 December 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Adam Mason from being involved, either directly or indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability from 5pm on 18 December 2023.
