Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 August 2024, a banning order originally issued on 7 August 2021 was varied under section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The order, effective across all States and Territories of Australia, permanently prohibits Anastasia Moutsos from being involved in providing supports and services to people with disability, in accordance with section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and (iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The variation will take effect at 5:00 pm on 8 August 2024.
