On 4 October 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) prohibiting Lok Ghimire from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of one (1) year, effective from 5:00 pm (SA Time) on Wednesday, 4 October 2023.
