Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 October 2025, the banning order made on 7 July 2025 was varied under section 100(6) of the NDIS Act . The banning order was varied permanently prohibiting Pascal Gregory Wallace from the following:

1.  being involved in the management, governance or operations of any entity registered as a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS);
2. engaging in activities that a member of the key personnel of a NDIS provider would undertake, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services;
3. engaging in activities that would be undertaken as a consultant, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services; and
4. being involved in the management, control or administration of NDIS funds allocated to a participant under the NDIS Scheme.

The banning order variation is effective from 5:00pm AEDT on 7 October 2025 and operates across all states and territories of Australia.
