Compliance and enforcement actions

On 27 June 2025, a banning order was made under 73ZN(1)(b)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 restricting Rhoda Edwards also known as Rhoda Clifford from engaging in the following activities:

1. Engaging in activities of and as a NDIS provider.
2. Engaging in support coordination.
3. Engaging other persons to deliver supports or services to NDIS funded participants.
4. Delivering supports or services to NDIS funded participants.
5. Engaging in activities that would be undertaken by a consultant for a NDIS provider, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services.
6. Engaging in activities in a non-service and non-support delivery role for a NDIS provider, to the extent that those activities have a direct effect on the provision of NDIS funded supports or service to people with disability in the NDIS.
7. Providing, managing, or receiving any funds for, any NDIS supports or services. 

This Order takes effect on 25 July 2025 at 5.00pm AEST for a period of 10 years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
