On 17 April 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
The banning order prohibits Enande Mzaliwa from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with a disability in the NDIS, specifically the order was made restricting Enande Mzaliwa from providing NDIS supports or services involving direct contact with NDIS participants.
Direct contact means physical contact, face-to-face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication.
The banning order takes effect from 5pm ACST on 17 April 2025 for a period of four (4) years, across all States and Territories of Australia.
