Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 April 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act 2013. Serina Anne Harnack is not suitable to be involved in the provisions of supports or services to people with a disability in the NDIS. The banning order restricts Serina Anne Harnack from:

1. Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where you are solely responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and
2. Having contact with NDIS participants without supervision, as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services. 

In this instance: 

• Contact includes physical contact, face-to-face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication; and
• Supervision means direct and in-person observation. 

The banning order is for a period of three (3) years, effective at 5:00pm ACST on 30 April 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
