Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 April 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 . 

The banning order prohibits Katreece Milli Knaap from being involved in providing NDIS supports or services to NDIS funded participants, which in this instance means: 

1. being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role (paid or unpaid) where you are solely responsible for the provision of NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; or
2. having contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services without supervision. 

In this instance, supervision means direct and in-person observation.  

The banning order is effective for a period of four (4) years from 5:00pm AEST on 30 April 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
