Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 April 2025 a permanent banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act 2013 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order permanently prohibits Timothy James Grady from:

1. being involved in the provision of NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants under 16 years old.

The banning order takes effect on 30 April 2025 at 5:00pm AEST permanently and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
