Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 April 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Sally Denise Lincoln from being involved in the provision of supports or services to people with disability. Specifically, prohibiting Sally Lincoln from the following activities:

1. Access to any NDIS participant’s sensitive personal or financial information (such as banking details); and
2. Provision of any activities related to the management or use of NDIS plan funds, including handling of financial information relating to NDIS plans.

The banning order is for a period of four (4) years, effective from 5pm ACST on 21 April 2025, across all States and Territories of Australia.
