Compliance and enforcement actions

On 19 March 2025 a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting BEVERLEY Faith Rita DUFFIN from:

1. Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where she is solely responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and 

2. Having unsupervised contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services. 

In this instance: 

• Contact includes physical contact, face-to-face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication; and
• Supervision means direct and in-person observation. 

The banning order is effective from 05:00pm ACDT on 28 March 2025 for a period of four (4) years.
