    On 20 March 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Amy Louise Newitt from: 

    1.accessing medication intended for NDIS participant/s or administering medication to any NDIS participant/s.

    The banning order is effective from 5:00pm (AEDT) on 28 March 2025 for a period of two years.
