Compliance and enforcement actions

On 18 March 2025, a two-year banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Raju Lamichhane from:

1. providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any support or supports under a participant’s plan; or

2.engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.

The banning order is effective from 09:00am (AEDT) on 4 April 2025 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
