On 7 March 2025 a banning order for 2 years was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Ms Sheree Doherty from:
1.Providing disability supports and services to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme
The banning order takes effect on 21 March 2025 at 5:00pm AEDT for a period of 2 years.
